If you have previously attended Sourdough 101 or The Art of Everyday Sourdough and need a boost to get started again – this class is for you! We’ll revisit the benefits of sourdough, how to maintain a fresh starter and how to use in recipes. You’ll shape and bake a loaf at the class — and prepare a loaf to take home and bake the next day. For your take-home loaf, choose from organic unbleached flour or freshly milled organic white hard wheat. Be sure to bring a pint or Mason jar to take home your fresh, organic starter, and a small box or bag. Count on going home with fresh motivation to renew your sourdough journey!
